What we understood

You sell serious machines to careful people.

BTC Anvil sells, converts, hosts and repairs bitcoin mining hardware. These are four-figure and five-figure decisions, and the people making them are technical, sceptical, and comparing you against sellers they've never met.

Right now that decision happens over WhatsApp, on trust, one conversation at a time. A website doesn't replace that conversation — it makes the conversation shorter and it makes you look like the safest option in the room before you've said a word.

The concept you've just seen is built around that single job: look like the operation that will still be answering the phone in three years.

Why this design, and not the usual crypto look

Almost every mining site is black, neon-yellow, and full of glowing 3D renders. It reads as fast money — exactly the impression a buyer spending €20,000 does not want.

So we went the other way: paper white, engraved rules, a slab typeface that looks stamped into steel, and your real workshop photographs instead of stock renders.

It reads as a trade you inherited, not a scheme you joined. A dark mode is included for the people who still want it — one click, top right.

02
Deliverable one

The landing page.

One long page, eight sections, built to take a stranger from “who are these people” to “send me a quote”.

  • Custom design, not a templateDesigned for BTC Anvil specifically — the concept you have in front of you, refined.
  • Light & dark themesPaper white as the primary identity, with a one-click dark mode that remembers the visitor's choice.
  • Fully responsivePhone, tablet, laptop, large desktop. Most of your enquiries will arrive from a phone.
  • Machine catalogueUp to 8 machines with photos, specification tables, stock status and an enquiry button.
  • Services, hydro & workshop sectionsThe parts that separate you from a box-shifter: conversion, hosting, repair, buildout.
  • Enquiry formDelivered to your inbox and WhatsApp, with the fields that actually qualify a lead — power price and available capacity.
  • Live BTC price & network difficultyA small, tasteful ticker. Signals that the site is alive and maintained.
  • Speed & SEO foundationCompressed images, clean markup, meta tags, sitemap, Google Search Console and analytics connected.
  • Launch & handoverDomain, SSL, hosting configured. You own everything.
  • Two rounds of revisionsIncluded at the design stage, before build begins.
03
Deliverable two — optional

The Control Room.

A private admin area where you change the site yourself. Prices, photos, stock, text — from your phone, in two minutes, live immediately.

Without it

  • New machines arrive — you message the developer and wait
  • A price changes — you message the developer and wait
  • Something sells out — the site keeps advertising it
  • Photos from the workshop sit on your phone for months
  • Enquiries land in an inbox and get buried
  • Every small edit is a cost and a delay

With the Control Room

  • Add a machine in about two minutes, from anywhere
  • Change a price, publish instantly, no one to ask
  • One switch marks a machine sold out or hides it
  • Drag photos in from your phone — resized automatically
  • Every enquiry logged, tagged and searchable
  • The stock sheet customers ask for, as a PDF, in one click

What's inside: a dashboard with the numbers that matter, a catalogue manager (add, edit, reorder, hide), a media library, an editor for the words on every section of the page, an enquiries inbox, a one-click stock sheet, and settings for contact details and languages.

Two user accounts are included — one for you, one for the workshop, with restricted permissions so nobody publishes something by accident. A recorded walkthrough and a live training session are included, so you're never dependent on us to use it.

The honest arithmetic

A site without an admin area costs less on day one. It costs more every month after that — in developer fees for small edits, and in the sales you don't make because the site is three months out of date.

If you change something on the site twice a month, the Control Room pays for itself inside the first year — and after that it's free forever.

Timeline

Four weeks, start to live.

Based on Option B. The Forge alone takes about two weeks; the Foundry, six to seven. The clock starts when we have your content and photos.

Week 1

Content & direction

We collect your machine list, specs, prices, photos and the details that go in the footer. Design direction locked from the concept you've seen.

Week 2

Design sign-off

Final designs for every section, on desktop and phone, light and dark. Two rounds of revisions happen here — changes after this point are quoted separately.

Week 3

Build

The site is built, the Control Room is wired to it, forms are connected and tested, images optimised.

Next steps

Three things, and we start.

Questions about scope, price or anything in this document — ask. Nothing here is fixed until you sign it, and it is far cheaper to change a plan than a built website.
